1. Provider
The App is provided by MemoTrip (operated by David Buhauer, Aarhus, Denmark) (“we”, “us”). Contact: developer@dab-it.dk.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, per App Store rules.
3. Accounts
Some features may require an account. You’re responsible for your credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions & purchases
- Billing and refunds are handled by Apple.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before period end in Apple settings.
- Trials (if any) convert to paid unless canceled in time.
5. User content
You retain ownership of your content (places, notes). You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate and improve the Services.
6. Acceptable use
- No illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
- No interference with normal operation or attempts to access unauthorized areas.
- No reverse engineering except as allowed by law.
7. Third‑party services
The App may integrate third‑party services (e.g., Apple IAP, AdMob if consented). Their terms and policies also apply.
8. Privacy
Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual property
We and our licensors own the App and related IP, excluding your content. These Terms don’t grant trademark rights.
10. Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your use or breach of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches or legal requirements. You may stop using the App at any time.
14. Changes
We may modify the App and these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Courts in Aarhus, Denmark have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
